About Core Pilates
and Mind
Core Pilates and Mind was established as a way to nurture the body and mind in a relaxed, supportive and non-judgemental environment. Founded in 2018 by Jodi Koster, we offer small group classes in both Pilates and Yoga. We focus our attention on every individual while fostering a community that motivates and encourages each member through their health journey.
Core Pilates and Mind offers classes to suit all fitness and experience levels. Our goal is to work with each individual, allowing them to fulfill their mental and physical ideals. With our highly trained and passionate team, Core Pilates and Mind encourages you to come and see how you can improve your quality of life through movement and mindfulness.
