I have been loving all the classes as each class and instructor offers a different experience and have been really enjoying the variety.
I'm also noticing a difference with my body strength as I've been busy doing a big renovation with lots of long hours and heavy lifting and through doing the Pilates my core strength has improved while not feeling exhausted like workouts I'd been doing in the past. Thanks team!

Hi Jodi, I just tried this Sound Vibration Therapy class for the first time and I would have to say I LOVED it and feel very very relaxed now and lost the horrible headache I had had for most of the day! Over the 6 months I have attended 135 classes resulting in a 7kg weight loss, 7 cms off waist, 4cms off hips and 1 cm off thighs!

Thank you so much for your free demonstration and information Reformer Pilates class. I found it quite a challenge, as I used muscles I hadn’t used for quite some time. I believe I will become stronger, which will provide me with the energy to lose the weight I need to.
I can barely wait for the Golden Class Reformers Pilates class to start on 6 July. If this is what one demonstration class can do for me, I am looking forward to the improvements I will have in six months time. Clearly it will be hard work, but feeling the benefits immediately, and having long-term hope, makes the effort worthwhile, in my mind. Burning calories has not been a lot of fun for a long time. Also, I appreciate the Gold Card prices and that your class is geared to seniors, and yet, it’s still fun.
I will certainly let you know the results, over the next 6 months.

I have thoroughly enjoyed doing the 5 week winter challenge. I was lucky enough to not get ill during that time, and enjoyed ticking off on the board each time I completed a class.
A positive aspect was meeting other like-minded ladies (and gents!) who were doing the challenge as well so we would compare notes about how things were going in different classes. I think doing this gave other people the opportunity to try other types of classes that they might not otherwise have tried out e.g. the sound vibration class, the yogalates!!!! I truly enjoy all of my classes, and attending regularly is certainly having an effect on me physically, but also mentally too. I have used breathing techniques learned in classes that help with sleep and the odd bit of stress in my life. I am so much more positive and a lot of it comes from the attendance at these classes.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed Mia’s HIT mat class tonight. It is certainly a class I would book back into if she was to start one up!
On another note, I’ve been coming for about 18 months now and I am officially hooked! I look forward to coming to each and every class. During the last challenge I tried a few classes that I hadn’t done before and I love the variety. I attend classes with Mia, Lisa and Teresa and they are fabulous at what they do. Thanks!

I am literally - super unfit, in-flexible and uncoordinated but so (so) love the reformer classes. We can laugh, yet work hard - especially when you find that muscle burn moment and want to quit! It’s such a good challenge mentally and physically, but by the end of class (I am totally relieved it’s finished) , it’s that sense of accomplishment that brings me back and one more step towards my goal - thank u to the team at Core Pilates & Mind.
